At Remidy, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your products.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email when it ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, location, and selected shipping method.
All active subscriptions receive free standard shipping.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally—stay tuned!
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
6. Delays or Delivery Issues
