We know life gets busy. That’s why we make it easy to manage or cancel your subscription anytime.

1. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, simply email us at info@remi-dy.com with your name and order number. Our team will confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.

2. Timing

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Once an order has processed, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.

3. One-Time Orders

One-time purchases cannot be canceled after the order has been processed. If you made a mistake or need help, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist.
